At Hacienda del Sacramento we have started a new production cycle in our vineyards. Every time a new cycle begins, it is essential to prune the plants. The pruning practice consists of the elimination of various living parts of the plant (branches, arms, parts of the trunk, herbaceous parts, etc.) in order to modify the growth habit of the plant, adapting it to our needs.
